About this Calculator
This time calculator for hours, minutes and seconds will add and subtract time in the form hh:mm:ss or hours:minutes:seconds and keep a running total like an adding machine. Enter values according to allowed time entry formats below. You should be able to use this keypad-only without a mouse. To cause subtraction you can enter a negative sign before the value such as -05:22:15.
Time Entry Formats
You can use a dash (-), period (.), colon (:) or blank space ( ) as separators. For example, 15-06-22, 15.06.22, 15:06:22, and 15 06 22 are all interpreted as 15 hours 6 minutes 22 seconds or 15:06:22.
A leading dash or negative sign will cause it to be a negative value.
Entry limits allowed:
- hours 0 to 999
- minutes 0 to 59
- seconds 0 to 59
