What is a Pyramid Frustum?

A pyramid frustum is a pyramid that is bisected by a plane parallel to the base, and with the top section removed. The resulting frustum shape is a pyramid that is missing its pointy top section.

Calculate the volume of a pyramid frustum using this formula:

• V = 1/3 × h × (a + b + √(a × b))
